On Monday I had my last first day of high school and though it was long and tiring it was also memorable! Getting to see my classmates dressed up and excited for the new year one last time was awesome. I can already tell this year will be exhausting because of my courses I am taking, but it’ll also be rewarding. I only have my college classes twice a week, so the other three days I get to leave at around 11:45 and return at 2:30 for athletics! We also are knee deep into volleyball preseason right now and will be having our second tournament this weekend in Tyler. Overall, it’s been a fun week and I am excited to see how the rest of the year goes! Below is a picture of my friends and I on the first day of school.
